Sky Chevrolet of Provo was wonderful! After making my oil change appointment I was able to discuss all my questions beforehand. Months before, I received a confusing less informative bid for new tires from a small out-of-town shop but Sky Chevrolet of Provo emailed me me detailed professional information with three different tire types and price bids for new tires the day before my appointment. When I asked them to be sure to check my brakes they said it was already part of the appointment. They also answered my questions for installing a new traffic camera system. I was so grateful for all the helpful and specific information and they washed my dirty salt covered car as well! It was a joy to drive away with work done, a clean car and equipped with all the information I needed! They are always so wonderful to me and my vehicle I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you!!

I brought in my Traverse for service, it took two tries back and forth to figure out the issue. Battery drained and wouldn't start. First time they said to come pick up and it wouldn't start when we got there, second time they figured it out.

My car-buying experience was mixed. I returned to this dealership because I had previously purchased a vehicle here and had a decent experience. In January, I purchased another vehicle, and most of the process went smoothly, except for one important issue. One feature I specifically asked about was the ability to adjust the vehicle’s climate through the app after remote starting it. I was told 100% that this feature was included. However, while setting up the truck in the MyChevy app, I noticed there was no option to adjust the climate. When I asked the salesman about it, he assured me the feature was available and said we just needed to call OnStar to have it enabled. After taking the truck home, I contacted OnStar and was informed that the vehicle does not have that capability. I called the dealership, and I was told we would have to “chalk it up to a loss,” and they were unwilling to do anything to resolve the issue. I was clearly given incorrect information, and the dealership has taken no responsibility for it. That is not how you retain returning customers or ensure customer satisfaction.
