My service writer Tony, was awesome!!!! The mechanic who "worked" on my 24 3500 TD Denalli is not. My tires were rotated but air was not changed. My idiot light went off as soon as I hit the freeway for low tire pressure.. Rear tires had 55, front tires had 70. Which then begs this question to be asked: Was my oil really changed??

Brought my truck here after having a horrible experience at another dealer. Russell met us at the door and started checking out my truck right away. He kept me updated along the way so I knew what was going on. This was a fantastic experience for the crappy situation.
