We didn’t plan on buying a truck from Sky Chevrolet. In fact, we were literally on our way to buy one from another dealership. You know — the kind where the “out the door” price behaves like a moving target in a carnival game. Every time we thought we’d locked it in, another mysterious fee popped up like, “Surprise! You’ve unlocked the Platinum Air Molecule Package.” By the time we left, we felt like contestants on a game show called Guess. That. Number. On a whim (and maybe fueled by mild irritation), we decided to swing by Sky Chevrolet to look at a VERY similar truck. Just to compare. Just to be responsible adults. Enter JD and Martin — the plot twist we didn’t see coming. Within 15 minutes — I’m not exaggerating — they had: Given us a clear, actual out-the-door number Explained everything without interpretive dance Completely crushed the other dealership’s offer No smoke machines. No dramatic pauses. No “Let me check with my manager” disappearing acts. Just straight answers and real numbers. What was supposed to be a quick stop turned into one of the easiest and most refreshingly normal vehicle purchases we’ve ever made. We walked in skeptical and walked out wondering why all dealerships can’t operate like this. If you enjoy transparency, efficiency, and not feeling like you need a calculator and a therapist during negotiations, go see JD and Martin at Sky Chevrolet. 10/10. Would absolutely take the “detour” again.

Sky Chevrolet of Provo was wonderful! After making my oil change appointment I was able to discuss all my questions beforehand. Months before, I received a confusing less informative bid for new tires from a small out-of-town shop but Sky Chevrolet of Provo emailed me me detailed professional information with three different tire types and price bids for new tires the day before my appointment. When I asked them to be sure to check my brakes they said it was already part of the appointment. They also answered my questions for installing a new traffic camera system. I was so grateful for all the helpful and specific information and they washed my dirty salt covered car as well! It was a joy to drive away with work done, a clean car and equipped with all the information I needed! They are always so wonderful to me and my vehicle I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you!!
