I was able to make an appointment same day, this is great. I was given a text to log in for updates. I never saw any updates on the vehicle. around closing time I finally called to get an update and was told it was finished. very late to get that notice, would be nice to have the updates so I can plan my day around picking up the car.

I live in Vernal and had to set up an appointment at the Provo location for an oil change and tire rotation because I had bought the truck there they wouldn’t let me redeem the pre paid oil changes I hadat any other location. So I set the appointment at the Provo location then drove down from vernal to get that done, once I got there they then told me my contract was expired so they wouldn’t do it unless I paid. I told them I had a handful of oil changes still that I pre paid for. They said there was nothing they could do.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your dealership in hopes it can be addressed for future customers. I had scheduled a truck detail and drove from Santaquin to drop off my vehicle. Upon arrival, I learned the detailer was no longer on site—something I had not been informed of beforehand. The employee on site apologized and offered to at least clean the truck, with the promise that once a new detailer was hired, I would be put back on the schedule. When I picked up my truck, the service advisor I had been working with told me they could not provide “another detail,” but I could call in a few weeks to see if someone had been hired. This was especially disappointing because the detail was originally offered as compensation after I was overcharged, and I accepted it instead of a refund. Not being notified that the detailer had quit caused me to leave work early and drive unnecessarily, and in the end, the service performed did not match what was originally promised. I value my relationship with your dealership, but this experience left me feeling that communication and follow-through could have been handled much better. I hope you will review this situation to ensure future customers receive accurate, timely updates and that commitments made are honored. I spent a lot of money and regret accepting a detail instead of insisting for a refund b ur wanted to save the advisor the hassle of processing a refund. I don’t plan on going back to this dealership. I’d rather drive to Spanish Fork or AF.

We have purchased three Chevrolets from Larry Miller over the last 26 years and have been more than satisfied with the service we received. The only hitch we have experienced with the new Shy dealership was extremely negative. We have always purchased our oil changes in a package of three and they were always honored that deal. This last oil change was a bit dissatisfying in that we had one oil change out of the purchase of three and we were told the new owners would not honor that agreement. I guess it is time to find a new Chevrolet dealer. Donald J Riding

Tony is awesome. Any issue In have is with GM and their excessive cost to replace a defective cable. This is my 2nd one to break and is a known defect! In the online forms, this is a regular issue.
